  7.     So far, seven attempted coups have failed to unseat
  8. Philippine President Corazon Aquino. But after a long siege,
  9. she has admitted defeat by her youngest daughter Kristina. As
  10. a birthday gift, Kris, who turns 18 on Valentine's Day, will
  11. finally get to star in a movie. "She kept nagging me," says the
  12. President. "She likes to talk." Three actors will be paired
  13. with Kris in a romantic trilogy. Mother, however, has set
  14. conditions: "No kissing and embracing." She adds, "I'd rather
  15. she did a comedy."
